Finding Courage in Poetry

One of the most memorable pieces of poetry I ever read was by Robert Frost. My favorite lines are the last few.

"Two paths diverged in a yellow wood, and I- I took the one less travelled by, and that has made all the difference."

I discovered the poem in high school. It gave me the courage to choose to do things I had never done and go where I have never gone. Because of this, my opportunities led me down curioser and curioser paths. My life hasn’t always gone the way I wanted or thought it would become, but I’m grateful I was brave enough to try new things.
