Honoring Through Feature Writing

One of the benefits of feature writing is that topics that might not get much attention can be brought to light. Its weakness is that if there is not much interest, what is featured may remain somewhat obscure. I believe what we choose to write about in feature writing reflects how we honor what is being featured. There’s always the possibility the feature may not get a lot of attention, but who and what we feature will be remembered by those who care most.
