The Art of Interviewing: Creating the Right Atmosphere

Practice interviewing others has allowed me to practice avoiding common pitfalls in interviews and helped me to identify people that like sharing information opposed to those who may be nervous and tight lipped about what they have to share. Making sure the person being interviewed is both comfortable and amicable to answering questions is a must. A participant can be willing and still not want to answer any questions. Atmosphere during an interview is everything.
